The Loan IQ Analyst plays a critical role in managing, supporting, and enhancing the Loan IQ platform from a technical perspective. This role involves system configuration, troubleshooting, automation, and integration of Loan IQ with other financial systems. The analyst collaborates with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the loan servicing platform runs efficiently and meets business requirements. Provide technical support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Loan IQ platform. Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and integration issues related to Loan IQ. Work closely with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to enhance system functionality. Manage and execute Loan IQ upgrades, patches, and system migrations, ensuring minimal downtime. Design, develop, and implement automation and workflow enhancements to streamline loan processing. Integrate Loan IQ with other banking applications, APIs, and third?party systems. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory requirements, and data governance. Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to support teams and end?users.
