Overview Lakeview is seeking to hire a Vice President to support our Strategic Operations and New Business Initiatives team. The Vice President would have end to end responsibility for strategic initiatives, leading the effort to identify, structure, and implement strategic and operational improvement projects across the Lakeview organization, as well as supporting the launch of new business initiatives. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will use analytical frameworks to identify solutions to strategic problems and lead project execution to ensure Bayview achieves its long‑term goals and objectives. The ideal locations for this role are the broader New York City Metro area or Miami, FL. Candidates based in other locations will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. Responsibilities Develop productive relationships with key leaders and stakeholders across Bayview to formulate and advance ongoing strategies and help translate those opportunities into tangible impact for the firm. Own end-to-end strategy design and implementation for key initiatives, including working with leadership to implement required changes and manage outcomes; and managing stakeholders to drive change within the organization. Design data‑driven and analytical problem‑solving frameworks to structure and manage issues and strategic projects within Bayview organization. These issues include operational effectiveness and efficiency, revenue/growth strategies, process design, org design, automation/application of technology, and frontline performance management. Help to evaluate new business opportunities through deep analysis and identification of strategic fit and alignment with Bayview objectives. Develop structured documents, analysis, and concise written communication to help engage senior leadership and external partners critical to success of new initiatives. Build and maintain broad‑based relationships with industry contacts and senior stakeholders to assist in business development initiatives. Qualifications Ability to own and drive end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives, including identifying project requirements, key actions, and required stakeholder engagement to drive success. Ability to identify critical questions and structure analysis to explore them. Ability to work with and interpret complex data sets, as well as industry and financial metrics. Experience developing well‑structured documents and written communication to share key ideas and strategies across the organization. Experience working with and coaching more junior team members to ensure they are able to contribute productively to project completion. Ability to quickly identify key issues and ideas, and communicate these concisely and effectively. Ability to source and leverage external sources to develop knowledge around new business areas and products. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or another related field. An M.B.A from a top‑tier program is strongly preferred. Minimum five‑ten years of total work experience. Minimum of three years of work experience at a top‑tier management consulting firm. Knowledge of the broader financial services industry and landscape is preferred, especially in Asset Management or Consumer Credit and Mortgage.
