Overview Full-Time | In-Office | Holland, MI Tiara Yachts is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Holland, Michigan. This role plays a key part in tracking, measuring, and enhancing our digital marketing efforts, helping us reach new audiences and engage our loyal owners. Youll support a variety of initiatives spanning web, email, and social media, while collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners to strengthen our brand presence and customer experience. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Holland, MI, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Remote work is not available for this role. We are looking to have the right candidate in place on or before December 1. Cover letter and resume required with application. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Support | Assist in executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. Operations Support | Manage day-to-day digital marketing systems (web, DAM, campaigns, user account management) as directed; identify areas for process improvement, optimization, and systemization. Campaign Tracking & Analysis | Help implement email marketing campaigns, monitor key metrics, and provide actionable insights for future strategy and content development. Includes both internal and partner campaigns. Customer Journey Management & Insights | Support management of the digital customer journey and related outputs. Track touchpoints to inform content strategy and distribution. Photography experience is a plus, but not required. Web & Advertising Metrics | Gather, interpret, and report on website and ad campaign performance data. Provide insights into visitor trends, ad impressions, CTR, and ROI. Social Media Collaboration | Assist in implementing social media strategies and monitoring performance. Support content planning; experience creating content is a plus. Quarterly Marketing Reporting | Contribute to the development of quarterly marketing reports summarizing performance trends and department highlights for our Dealer Network.
