Job Brief: The Senior Automation Technician provides technical knowledge, application and implementation solutions to the operations, engineering and maintenance for our clients requiring services in the development, maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning

of controls, automation, and programming of systems. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide onsite technical knowledge and experience for construction, maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostics on various equipment including Emerson ROC, TOTALFLOW, SCADA Pack, SCADA Cloud, Control Logix, Allen-Bradley, Bristol Babcock, factory talk, HMI and other automation systems. Develop Programmable Logic Control designs for a variety of control applications. Integrations of SCADA software with Control Systems. Maintain PLCs, HMI’s, measurement network and software components. Maintain Process Control Domains and systems. Monitor logs, run scans and perform updates and testing of new, and old applications. Assist with the planning and execution of Automation projects. Install control system instrumentation and electrical devices and equipment. Identify and provide guidance on suitable automation control devices or programming. Installation and maintenance of measurement systems. Qualifications: Valid Class D Driver’s License. Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol Screen

(non-DOT). Ability to pass Criminal background check. Participation in Company provided safety training. Proactive and self-motivated approach to working; Ability to seek out solutions and troubleshoot. Proficient with

Emerson ROC, Total Flo, SCADA, PLCs, Control Logix, Allen-Bradley, Bristol and a variety of HMIs. 3 Years experience in programming, control logic and troubleshooting automation systems. Education: High School Diploma (Preferred). Associate Degree in Electrical Controls/Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. Would be an asset but

not
