Location: Remote on the West Coast (Los Angeles preferred)
Key Responsibilities Oversee and develop sales activities for a portfolio of authorized retailers, including international and national key accounts.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
Plan and execute exclusive brand activations, roadshows, and retail events to elevate brand awareness.
Lead training programs to enhance brand knowledge and sales expertise among retail partners.

Your Profile 5+ years of experience and track record of success in the luxury watch industry, including at least 2-3 years in brand or account management.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to self-motivate.
A deep passion for high horology and an appreciation for fine craftsmanship.
Open to extensive travelling, up to 70% of your time.
