Location: In office - Maitland, Florida


Job Type: Full-Time


About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a stellar customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative at TELETIES, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in maintaining our brand's reputation for exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Provide detailed product information to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner. Experience with Gorgias platform is a bonus.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of TELETIES products and services to offer knowledgeable support.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Identify and report trends in customer feedback to help improve our products and services.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
