CRNA needed to practice at the largest regional medical center within 150 mile radius. * General Anesthesia position with family-friendly schedule.* Mix of Cases: Neuro, Ortho, General, GYN, Vascular, ENT, Plastics, Healthy Peds & more.* Level 3 Trauma Center, in process of becoming a Level 2 Trauma Center.* ACT Model with opportunity to do spinals, a-lines and epidurals, if desired.**1099 Opportunity*** $324,480 Annually 40-hour work week with call/weekends.* Reserved parking and free meals daily.* No state income tax.* Malpractice coverage included.* Additional pay for weekends and holidays.* Additional option for no call/no weekends**Employment Opportunity*** $299,000 Annually - 50-hour work week no call; no weekends * $125/hr for any hours worked over 10 hours per day.* $239,200 Annually - 40-hour work week. * Peel-off schedule with post-call day off. * $125/hr for any hours worked over 8 hours per day. * Increased pay for weekend call.* $60,000 in Signing Incentives for a 3-year commitment.* $30,000 training stipend or sign-on bonus.* $25,000 student loan repayment or retention bonus.* $5,000 relocation allowance.* Excellent Benefit Package Health, Dental, Vision, 3% retirement company match 403(b), plus additional option to invest in 457(b), malpractice coverage, and many other benefit options.* 7 weeks of paid time off in the first year (8 weeks of PTO with tenure).* Additional paid time off for family/medical leave (can use for spouse, child or parent).* Additional 1 week of paid time off to pursue mission trips.* $3,000 CME allowance.* AANA ($645) dues paid annually.* Reserved parking and free meals daily.* No state income tax.Abilene, Texas is a regional center of higher education and the Arts.
