About the Role A Risk Analyst is tasked with evaluating potential risks and uncertainties that an organization may face and developing strategies to minimize or manage these risks effectively. They utilize their analytical skills, financial expertise, and industry knowledge to provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Responsibilities Complete assigned reviews and tasks in a timely fashion. Manage phone queue and agent merchant/escalations. Assist with additional tasks when available. Place holds and initiate funding releases when necessary. Investigate any incidents that may result in asset loss and compile findings in reports for further review. Consistently produce work that leaders feel confident using. Gather the right data and validate it before drawing conclusions. Analyze clearly, defensibly, and free of avoidable errors. Spot inconsistencies or red flags in data quickly. Understand boundaries: what’s allowed, what needs escalation, what requires documentation. Follow compliance and audit standards precisely. Candidate Requirements Preferred Bachelor’s degree with 2‑4 years of experience in the field or a related area. Quick learner, able to adapt to a changing work environment. Highly professional demeanor and appearance. Clear ability to make decisions. Responsible, trustworthy, with proven accountability. Willingness to learn and take on responsibility. Identify and resolve problems timely; handle pressure and find solutions even when dealing with emotional topics. Good communicator, able to give and receive direction. Ability to receive, analyze data, and input data into the computer. Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $59,923 – $69,292 per year.
