Assist with preparation of classroom instructional materials, administer assessments, and complete data entry of assessment results. Hours per day and work schedule will vary depending on campus needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and provide instructional support to small groups of 3-6 students and/or individual students. Work flexible hours based on campus needs, including before, after, and normal school workday instruction. Prepare materials for lessons, review lesson plans for each group, and help monitor students. Meet with teams to discuss student progress. (Elementary/K‑8) Perform crossing guard duties as assigned, including attending training and directing children and traffic at assigned crosswalks to ensure safe crossing. (Elementary/K‑8) Perform lunchroom monitor duties as assigned: assist students with lining up for lunch, help open trays, enforce lunchroom rules, guide students to the lunchroom, dismiss students, wipe down tables, and assist with indoor activities during inclement weather. Perform other duties as assigned. Education, Training, and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Upload or scan transcripts if applicable. Basic English and oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills and knowledge of office machines. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Monitors and directs students as assigned; acts as a resource for students, teachers, and administration. Criminal background check and district fingerprinting required.
