Description

Summary:

This position is responsible in assisting the Director in the operational performance of Non Invasive Cardiac/Neurodiagnostic Services: ECG, EEG, and ECHO. This position is accountable for leading the delivery of high quality, cost effective care to patients. This position is also responsible in assisting the Director for analyzing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating processes and programs which enhance, strengthen and integrate the services comprising the service line. Responsible for participation in the development and implementation of the service line strategic business plans; and for creating an environment, which continuously supports improvement of operational, financial and clinical components. 

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Medical Center (CSRH-MC), located in the South Texas Medical Center, provides a high-level of care through compassionate hands, experience physicians, and advanced technology, including the da Vinci Surgical Robot System and the Mako™ Robotic-Arm Assisted System. Services at the 178- bed facility include Acute Care of the Elderly Unit, cardiology, diabetes care, emergency care, general surgery, kidney transplantation at the CHRISTUS Transplant Institute, orthopedics, outpatient rehabilitation and aquatic therapy, Senior Behavioral Health Center, urology, and the Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • BSN Preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years in clinical practice for population to be served is required
  • Licensed as an RN in the State of Texas
  • BLS Required
  • ACLS Required
