Pediatrician Needed Conway, Arkansas Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway (BHMC-C), in conjunction with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join an existing group with 2 other Pediatricians. BHMC-C is a 264,000 square-foot facility that opened in September of 2016. It features 120 beds, eight operating rooms and a Level III trauma-center emergency room. The labor and delivery department opened in the spring of 2017 and has 2 ORs, 9 LDRP rooms and 15 Postpartum rooms. The ideal candidate will be a pediatrician excited about building on to an established practice and working in a brand new state of the art hospital. This opportunity is to practice in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. In the hospital, pediatricians will be needed to attend deliveries and provide newborn care. The position is an employment opportunity with AHG, a subsidiary of Baptist Health. This opportunity provides a base salary with a competitive benefits package. There is also an opportunity to earn incentive compensation based on patient satisfaction, quality, and medical staff committee involvement. Conway, known as the City of Colleges, is home to three colleges. With a population of over 65,000, Conway is one of the fastest growing cities in the state but still retains its small town charm and community spirit. Conway boasts great dining establishments as well as eleven parks, two lakes, art galleries, and a community theater. The sports parks include a skate park, a soccer complex, and baseball and softball complexes. On the retail side the city offers trendy boutiques, antique stores, and large national retailers.
