**Description**

Responsibilities:

Build sub-assemblies and finished goods per batch tickets

Organize and prepare raw materials, sub-assemblies, parts, tools, supplies, etc.

Assist with inventory control

Cross-trained in running and processing production batch tickets and establishing schedules per incoming orders

Education Requirements:

High School diploma or GED Required

Experience Requirements:

Experience working with shipping orders, basic hand tools, and hand equipment

Strong mechanical skills

Skill Requirements:

Must have mechanical or electrical skills

Ability to read and understand technical drawings for assembled parts

Must have good time management skills and ability to meet scheduled deadlines

Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions

Organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks

While performing duties of this job, the employee is required to be able to lift at least 80 pounds and regularly required to stand, bend, lift, and carry

High-quality standards and accuracy

Demonstrated good performance and attendance

**Requirements / Skills:**

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly be required to stand, bend, lift, and carry.

* Able to perform and understand basic math; addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions.

* Basic computer skills needed to learn company systems.

* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is desired.

* Good verbal and written communication skills with team members and all necessary departments.

* Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

* Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment work visa status

* Must be at least 18 years of age

* Must have access to reliable transportation

* Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation.

* Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.

* Demonstrated good performance and attendance

* Flexibility to meet changing production demands

* Must be able to work in various degrees of temperature hot and cold.
