Organization has a great company culture, supportive leadership, and a team‑first approach. This role will sit onsite 2–3x/week. Responsibilities Financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting Partnering with accounting on strategic projects that influence company growth Presentations to executive leadership Owning topline KPI reporting and analysis for weekly management meetings Support the preparation of monthly reporting packages and quarterly board materials for investors Heavy analysis of data and reporting, making recommendations for process improvement Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 4+ years of relative hands‑on experience, possess advanced critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, be an advanced user of MS Excel, SQL, and have top‑notch verbal and written communication skills.
