The Department of Neurology is committed to enhancing diversity among its faculty, staff, and students. Department faculty have a responsibility to provide service to their profession and our community.Chief Purpose of this position: This position is an Open Rank (rank will be commensurate with experience and qualifications) full-time faculty position in the Division of General and Headache Neurology. The faculty member must be board eligible or certified. The faculty member will provide patient care, engage in medical student and neurology resident and fellow education, and participate in clinical research.Position Responsibilities:ClinicalPrimary clinical responsibilities include care of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.TeachingFaculty member will teach medical students and housestaff. They will be expected to participate in a series of formal conferences for the housestaff and students. They will attend weekly Grand Rounds and lecture upon occasion as requested.ResearchThe Division of General and Headache Neurology is engaged in clinical and translation research projects.
