Senior Salesforce Solution Architect/Technical Lead

ILS is looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect/Lead with Salesforce Implementation experience to support one of our federal projects in the Washington, DC metro area. The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience with Master Data Management and CRM Implementation experience in a financial domain industry.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Salesforce Architect/Lead will provide Solution Architecture services to support the CRM Salesforce Program. Below is a list of sub-tasks to be performed:
Senior Technical Lead shall support Federal Program Manager to oversee the project management of all technical deliverables for Salesforce releases based on the customer's priorities. This includes validating completeness of estimates, quality and accuracy of technical designs, build and implementation. Proactively address technical issues and risks that could impact project schedule and/or budget.

Work closely with stakeholders to design solutions that align with business needs and are consistent with the architectural vision.

Establish and implement overall technical best practices for projects, programs, and systems.

Function as subject matter expert and advocate for software applications supported, requiring depth and breadth in knowledge of the business, technologies, applications, integration and interfaces.

Provide business organizations with technical advice and support.

Meet with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and refine high-level business needs and requirements.

Identify opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership in operational application support areas.

Develop documentation (such as analysis and white papers) and presentations to all levels of management to support all of the activities above.


Qualifications:
Excellent written (must be able to demonstrate deliverables created) and oral communication skills
Experience leading a team and coordinating amongst other teams/team leads
Extensive experience communicating with Executive level management
10 years of experience, of which at least six years must be with designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
Must have experience in: SF implementation projects, Oracle database, ETL service, ODI, SQL and PL/SQL.
Desired Tools: Salesforce, Virtual Data Room (VDR), Documentum
Salesforce Certification

Preferred:

ScrumMaster Certified (CSM)
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
