Our ideal candidate will:
- Provide technical support for shop operations, including programming and tooling revisions/updates.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Manage new product launches.
- Collaborate with tooling vendors to design, develop, and implement machining processes for new and existing jobs.
- Have a 10 plus years of Finishing Machining experience across a variety of marching centers.
- Five or more years of MasterCAM software development experience.
- Experience with WorkNC, Rhinoceros robot saftware and ROBOmove software preferred.
- Operating knowledge of CNC machine tools using Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Siemens Control is preferred.
- Able to communicate with the team.
