Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Specialty: Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (PCICU)
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12 hours, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Experience: 2-5 years of Pediatric Cardiac ICU experience required
License: Registered Nurse license required
Certifications: BLS and PALS required

Must-Have:
- Experience with invasive hemodynamic monitoring, ventilators, and inotropes
- Prefer experience in managing post-operative complex congenital cardiac patients
- Prefer experience with ECMO, CRRT, Berlin Hearts, and Heartmate III

Job Description:
- Manage patients with complex congenital cardiac disease, heart failure, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, and post-operative congenital cardiac care
- Use and manage RT equipment, including ventilators, trachs, Cervos, LTVs, high frequency, and occasional home ventilators
- Required to titrate drips
- Participate in self-scheduling and navy blue scrubs required, with the option of wearing a colorful top
- Undergo 2-3 days of unit orientation
- Work every other weekend
- Float in turn with other travelers
- Work one major holiday and one minor holiday
- Use Epic for electronic medical records
