Job Description:

- Shifts will be Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Responsible for call overnight for clinic patients only.
- No procedures; Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) is not required.
- The role involves 60% oncology and 40% hematology.
- Average daily census is approximately 5 patients.
- Hospitalist coverage for the first call.
- Focus mainly on solid tumors with some potential for lymphoma.
- Patient encounters per shift average at 15.
- Well-rounded supportive staff, including Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses.
- Facility trauma level is 2, with no pediatric trauma level.
- Clean history can qualify for expedited privileges, with an estimated credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days.
