Title: Housekeeper

Job Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Work Schedule: Weekdays, Day Shift, Flexible Hours. 8 hour work day, 37.5 hours per week. Holidays and some weekends required.

Rate of Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour

Sedgebrook is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeper to join our team This position is responsible for performing housekeeping duties throughout the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeper:
  • Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
  • Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
  • Cleanliness of all public areas, offices and residential building corridors, as well as model room and guest suites.
  • Assist with resident activities setups and breakdowns and any residents request.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate with residents and staff members.
  • Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
