Our Brands

The Outpatient Therapist will provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health and well-being. This role also involves participating in outreach and marketing efforts to promote services and attract new referrals, contributing to the overall mission of delivering comprehensive mental health care. Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Implement therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation within established timeframes per company policy. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Provide immediate support and intervention during crisis situations. Engage in community outreach to promote mental health services and attract new clients. Stay current with best practices, new treatment modalities, and emerging trends in mental health therapy. Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities. Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to address inquiries, disseminate information, and resolve complaints or concerns.
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • State-Specific Requirements:
    1. Alabama:
      1. Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
      2. Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or ALC.
    2. Florida:
      1. Minimum of one year experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships and volunteer work.
      2. Must be a Registered Intern (RMHCI) with the State of Florida.
    3. Georgia, Mississippi:
      1. Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
      2. Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
    4. North Carolina:
      1. Minimum of one year experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
    5. South Carolina
      1. Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
    6. Tennessee:
      1. Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships and volunteer work.
      2. Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
    7. Virginia:
      1. Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships and volunteer work.
      2. Must be a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work.
