You'll also create unique ad experiences that only Uber can offer. Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales, you'll craft innovative, high-impact ad solutions that drive results for advertisers and enhance the user experience.What You Will DoOwn design problems from beginning to end, from the initial concept through to shipping and beyondCreate wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to address complex UX problemsDesign systems to create simple, elegant experiencesCollaborate with product to define requirements, not just translate them into designIdentify future opportunities and work as a key thought partner with your counterparts in product, engineering, and operationsPartner with our UX research team to better understand our customers' needsBasic Qualifications5+ years of product design experienceA portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and problem-solving abilityPreferred QualificationsConsumer mobile design experience is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation and storytelling skillsAbility to manage stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables independentlyExperience working on consumer facing marketplaces or commerceExperience working on a global productExperience creating highly accessible productsAbility to create high-fidelity prototypesFor San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$180,000 per year - USD$200,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
