OverviewWe have an AI start-up client who needs a technical/GTM sourcer. This is a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time.ResponsibilitiesFractional / contract sourcer (20 hours weekly)Open to concurrent engagements / double-billingMarket mapping + outbound sourcingPre-sales talent (e.g., Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers)Post-sales talent (e.g., Customer Success, Support, Implementation)Occasional Tech roles (engineering adjacent)Productivity Expectation75–100 sourced profiles per week~20 qualified targets per dayQualificationsPrior RPO or embedded recruiting experience idealExperience sourcing SaaS / tech companiesComfortable sourcing go-to-market and tech rolesExperience supporting early-stage or high-growth environmentsExperience sourcing for both technical and GTM rolesExperience working for a tech start-up2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing rolesStrong understanding of various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platformsFamiliarity with AI technologies and current trends in the tech industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates effectivelyAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environmentProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM toolsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyStrong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlinesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and sourcing methodsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
