Join YAD Healthcare as a SLP Speech Language Pathologist PRN We’re looking for a licensed Speech Therapist to provide high quality, evidence‑based care on a PRN basis. Base Pay $40.00/hr – $50.00/hr Benefits Competitive wages and benefits package Flexible schedule Paid time off Company discounts and perks Same‑day pay option Annual raises Qualifications Graduate of an accredited university with an MA or M.S. in communication disorders recognized by ASHA and the state board. Current license and/or state registration (as applicable). Successful completion of CFY. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as MD orders. Document findings on the standardized evaluation format and treatment plans, including goals, frequency and modalities. Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges. Deliver treatment, modify as needed, adhere to precautions. Document progress, monthly treatment plan updates, discharges and in‑service notes. Complete necessary documentation for MDS and other facility requirements. Attend facility and rehabilitation meetings, committees and interdisciplinary team sessions. Act as a rehab delegate and participate in patient scheduling. Perform screens as indicated, bill services ethically and cover other therapists’ caseloads during absences. Supervise junior staff or students and co‑sign notes according to state and federal guidelines. Maintain professional relationships, provide in‑service education, and comply with all policies. Adhere to productivity requirements, report to work on time, and maintain a positive work environment. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
