Pinnacle has partnered with a leading security protection company headquartered in the Kansas City. Due to growth, they are hiring an ATM Service Technician to service their financial customers throughout the greater Kansas City area. This direct-hire position is available immediately
Responsibilities for this ATM Service Technician position include but are not limited to:
- Provide maintenance and repairs on NCR & Hyosung ATM’s and Hyosung & Altec (LG) TCR equipment.
- Possess the knowledge and experience to install, bring live and train customer on cash handling machines.
- Knowledge of cameras, CCTV, door access and security alarms is desired but not required.
- Work as a team with our service coordinator and dispatcher to deliver the most customer focused solutions in a timely and respectful manner.
- Expertise with computers that is namely with Windows based software for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
- Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including being on rotating on-call schedule that may include occasional weekends.
- Will be dispatched daily from home office to bank locations throughout Kansas City area.
Additional duties as assigned.
To qualify for this job position you must meet these minimum requirements:
- 2+ yrs of successful technician experience.
- NCR Dongle required.
- Previous knowledge of ATM’s, security alarm systems, monitoring systems, electronic access and door control systems, fire alarms and surveillance products.
- Technical/electronic aptitude to troubleshoot and complete customer service calls.
- Client interaction and account management experience a strong plus.
- Good driving record with the ability to travel locally.
- Ability to work within a team environment and represent the company in a professional manner with client companies.
