Seeking Experienced Primary Care Physician

Primary Health Partners is actively recruiting Primary Care Physicians to the Tulsa, OK area. We have an existing offices in South Tulsa/Jenks, Broken Arrow and Owasso, with Midtown and Bixby office in the near future. We are looking for a physician who is passionate about their patients and providing high quality, accessible and affordable care. The ideal physician would be established in the greater Tulsa metro area with a desire to move into the exciting and fulfilling DPC model of care. Primary Health Partners will provide all the resources and expertise needed to grow a successful DPC practice, including a nice starting panel of employer based patients.
The direct primary care (DPC) model isn't just better for patients, its rewarding for physicians, too. Our model at PHP enables providers to take on fewer patients and dedicate more time to each of them. The result? Better health outcomes for patients and a healthier work-life balance for you. Patients (or Employers) pay a very affordable set monthly membership fee, for access to their physician when they need it. Over 80% of our patients do have commercial insurance, we just advocate for them to use it where they actually need to. Practice Highlights:
- Focus on patients - not production
- Limited patient panels : 600-850 (1/4 the size of typical PCP panels)
- Longer appointments - spend 30-60 min per patient
- Typical day = 6-12 patients

Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds
- Licensed or ability to be licensed in the state of Oklahoma
- Ability to build successful relationships with patients and team members
