If you believe this role suits your skills and interests, please read further, and applyShifts: Determined on orientation day, must be flexible, open to overtime and rotating shifts as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various harvest activities such as preparation, sorting, drying, etc.
- Engage in conditioning tasks including sizing, gravity operation, packaging, palletizing, etc.
- Operate field equipment within the limits of training and expertise.
- Organize and maintain samples during the harvest season, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
- Collaborate with the team to efficiently and effectively complete harvest-related tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Support the supervisor by assisting with other assigned tasks and duties.
- Preferred previous experience in equipment maintenance or a related field.
- Basic understanding of field equipment operation and maintenance.
- Flexibility to work any shift, flexible hours, and overtime when required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
