Position Highlights Full-time, hospital-employed role within a well-established women's health program. Newly remodeled location providing a modern and comfortable environment for patients and staff. Level 1 Nursery with 24-hour Anesthesia services. Pediatrician-assisted Cesarean sections ensuring comprehensive neonatal care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population. Perform deliveries and manage prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care. Conduct gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures utilizing the Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgery System. Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and primary care physicians. Provide patient education and counseling, ensuring patients and families understand their health and treatment options. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols. Stay current with emerging treatments and advancements in obstetrics and gynecology. Engage in community outreach and education programs to promote women's health. Qualifications Required Credentials Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of New York. Preferred Experience Experience with robotic surgery or advanced surgical techniques is preferred but not required. Education Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution. Skills Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient-centered empathetic communication skills. Base Salary Range – $272,475 - $414,800 (commensurate with experience). Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and semiannual bonuses for productivity.
