Your Mission Build the Backbone — Architect and deliver scalable services that power bookings, payments, availability, and end‑to‑end operations. Engineer Automation — Develop intelligent microservices and serverless workflows that eliminate manual processes across teams and cities. Scale Globally — Design systems capable of handling large volumes of transactions, events, and real‑time updates with reliability. Connect the Ecosystem — Build and maintain integrations between Base360.ai and key partners like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and Hostaway. You’re a Great Fit If You Have 5+ years of experience in software engineering (backend or full stack). Strong skills in Node.js, Python (FastAPI), and AWS serverless architectures. Experience designing API‑first systems and event‑driven pipelines. Deep knowledge of distributed systems, databases, and high‑scale automation.
