This on-site role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory and store presentation, and achieving sales goals. The Retail Store Manager will also be responsible for staff training, implementing promotional strategies, and fostering a positive work environment.
