Food service employees are responsible for preparing and serving food to our guests.

We are currently looking for a:

Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe - Food and Beverage Cook

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior guest service for all our guests
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks in a safe and timely manner
  • Clean prep areas and serving areas
  • Assist with catered events and birthday parties
  • Assist with deliveries and warehouse inventory
This position is seasonal starting the end of May 2024 to Labor Day 2024 (can be flexible with start and end dates).

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Provide assistance to other departments as directed
  • Participate in audits and training sessions
  • Work required hours scheduled while following all labor laws
  • Communicate appropriate department, park, or team-related concerns to the Leadership Team
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Employees must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members and be knowledgeable of the park.
  • You must maintain clean workstations, be able to tolerate working in hot temperatures while standing or walking for long periods of time
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds and have reliable transportation.
  • Previous food service experience is a plus but is not required.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
