We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Carpenters with skills in multiple trades. We are looking for Carpenters with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades-from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywall to light Plumbing and Electrical. You must have excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of customers as well as all coworkers and ownership. We are team players Job Requirements Successful prior track record as a Multi-Skilled Carpenter / Craftsman. Bring some pictures of your work Own a standard set of tools to perform all the above trades Own a truck or van in good condition Have a current and valid driver's license Residence within 25 miles of the city of Rogers, MN Have excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong documentation and invoicing skills Punctual and uncompromising work ethic Estimation experience strongly preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Here is just some of what we have to offer: Competitive pay Performance bonuses and pay reviews (Eligible for $500 bonus after 90 days of successful employment.
