Design and implement an analytical environment using third-party and in-house reporting tools, modeling metadata, building reports and dashboards. Recognize and use advanced analytical techniques to recommend prescribed/ optimized courses of action to users. Define and drive team analytical strategy to best support business leaders and executives strategic decisions. . Apply automation so that with every iteration on a problem, you build your solution to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders Employ Gen AI, segmentation, forecasting and other analytical techniques to capture important trends Mentor junior engineers on the team with industrial standards and best practices.
