Overview A locally owned healthcare system in New Mexico is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their growing Cardiothoracic Surgery team. Requirements Prior CT, thoracic, congenital cardiac experience required. Robotic experience preferred. For Nurse Practitioner – Master's degree in nursing with five (5) years of OR experience. For Physician Assistant – CAHEA Certified Physician Assistant with five (5) years of OR experience. Position 4‑day work week. Blend of first assist, rounding, and clinic‑practice at the top of your license. Up to $230,000 base salary dependent on experience. $22,500 sign‑on/relocation package. Senior level APP team.
