About the Position CHE Behavioral Health is a leading APA‑approved, clinician‑led behavioral health company serving over 100,000 patients in 800+ facilities across 11 states. We specialize in adult and geriatric residents in short‑term acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities. We are seeking full‑time or part‑time Licensed Clinical Psychologists (Ph.D. or Psy.D.). Position Details Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. W‑2 employed positions with customizable financial packages. Comprehensive benefits for full‑time employees: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with 25% match on the first 6% of deferrals, paid time off and paid holidays, training & supervision, free CEU’s, electronic documentation (EMR). Flexible schedules: clinicians choose their own schedule, typically Monday‑Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No on‑call, nights, or weekends. Integrated care team model with ability to customize care for each patient. Leadership and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities Deliver psychotherapy services to residents in short‑term acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system. Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development. Requirements Completed doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or health psychology. Licensed psychologist or license‑eligible (close to licensure). Location Work close to home.
