Client Logistics Coordinator

We are a leading provider of innovative supply chain solutions, and we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Client Logistics Coordinator.What You'll Do:Become a logistics expert: Learn the ins and outs of the transportation industry, including Less than Truckload (LTL), Truckload, and Intermodal.Provide exceptional customer service: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers by providing prompt and efficient support.Manage day-to-day operations: Oversee daily operations for key customer accounts, including load planning, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.Optimize logistics processes: Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with Account Managers, Freight Audit & Pay teams, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.Continuously learn and grow: Embrace new challenges and continuously develop your knowledge of the logistics industry and our internal systems.What You'll Bring:Customer service experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.Organizational and time management skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Why You'll Love This Role:Gain valuable industry experience: Learn about the logistics industry and develop valuable skills in customer service, operations, and logistics management.Work with a supportive team: Join a dynamic and collaborative team environment.Competitive compensation and benefits: Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.Opportunities for growth: Explore opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the company.
