Position Information Position / Rank: School of Dentistry Clinician Dentist, Adjunct Track - Rose Park Department: 01478 - SOD - EDUCATION City: Salt Lake City, UT Track: Track Dependent on Qualifications New Position to Begin: July - August 2024 Details The University of Utah School of Dentistry (UUSOD) seeks a dentist with the skills and interest to work as faculty in a clinical setting within a collaborative team at our Rose Park Clinic. We are looking for applicants committed to serving others through compassionate and ethical care for patients and the creation of a humanistic environment for student education and growth. Qualified candidates should have a DDS or equivalent degree and qualify for a dental license in Utah. Requirements for a Utah dental license is found on DOPL. Responsibilities Providing direct patient care in general dentistry, restorative, fixed, and removable prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Engaging in dental outreach initiatives. Compensation & Benefits Compensation is based on experience. We offer an excellent benefits package, including immediate vesting of 14.2% to retirement with no match required for all faculty working more than 50% time, up to 25 vacation days per year, and eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.
