Due to growth, Aalberts Surface Technologies is seeking a n Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oshkosh, WI

What you can expect as a member of the Aalberts Team:
- Great Pay : Earn between $30.54 to $35.19 based on experience, additional pay for PLC programming experience.

- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Responsible for ensuring corporate integrity within their area of expertise.
- Responsible for implementing the philosophy of total quality and the use of quality control (statistical problem solving and customer service) techniques within their position.
- Responsible for determining and receiving on-going training required for quality performance in job function in this position.
- Responsible for the coordination of maintenance priorities and schedules with the Plant Manager.
- Responsible for the determination, implementation, and execution of preventative maintenance programs and emergency breakdowns including robotic systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, control systems, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of Fanuc Robotic Controls and Vision System.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of Allen Bradley and Rockwell controls for trouble shooting.
- Responsible for determination, requisition, and inventorying of maintenance supplies, materials, and inventories in conjunction with the Plant Manager.
- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Plex inventory and preventative maintenance.
- Responsible for the documentation of all maintenance activity per specific shift.
- Responsible for being On-Call as required.
- Responsible for production coverage as required.
