About the Job Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines. The Cloud Runtimes Strategy and Operations team works on complex and ambiguous strategic challenges facing Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, analytics, and business operations to drive quantifiable impact across the Cloud Runtimes portfolio (i.e., GKE and Cloud Run). In this role, you will take an analytical approach to solve complex problems often lacking clear precedent and deliver insights that drive significant business value for Google Cloud. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $171,000–$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Support end‑to‑end execution of key growth initiatives partnering with product, engineering, sales and partnerships (e.g., accelerating growth through ISVs, customer events). Define and manage processes needed to operationalize strategic initiatives such as maintaining optimized utilization of technical infrastructure or defining the critical customer metrics to measure success. Execute data‑driven projects focused on product strategy, business performance, and growth drivers for Cloud Runtimes. Partner with Sales on the operating cadence of the Cloud Runtimes business through monthly business reviews, forecast calls, and other initiatives.
