About the RoleJoin our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Director of Nursing. This clinical leader supports the clinical operations within the branch and works closely with the Director to ensure the branch is a thriving and vibrant environment for our residents.Benefits (Full-Time)Medical, dental, and vision coverageVoluntary Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Identity Protection, and Cyber MonitoringPrescription savings plans401(k) with employer matchDaily payroll availableBonus eligibilityBenefits begin the first of the month following 30 days of employmentResponsibilitiesWork with caregivers to ensure the principles of assisted living and Bickford’s culture are integrated into all aspects of resident care.Develop and participate in the on‑call schedule to support clinical needs after hours.Maintain regulatory compliance.Communicate proactively and effectively with residents and families to enhance engagement.Oversee and manage the process and employees who administer resident medications, ensuring they are delivered according to physician orders.Coordinate health care services with external providers and physicians to ensure resident needs are met.Manage partnerships with local vendors to ensure quality external care providers serve residents within the branch.QualificationsRN license.Willingness to pursue additional training or education, including those required by specific states.CPR and First Aid certifications required.Ability to handle multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Competent in organizational and time‑management skills.Demonstrates good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.About Bickford Senior LivingBickford Senior Living is a community of caregivers dedicated to enriching our residents’ happiness.
