Employer Industry: Healthcare Technology Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $99,600 Eligible for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP) Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) plan with employer match Opportunity for career advancement and skill development within a global healthcare leader Flexible remote work arrangement with minimal travel requirements Engaging and innovative work environment focused on improving patient outcomes What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Draft, issue, negotiate, and finalize a variety of clinical agreements while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements Analyze Fair Market Value (FMV) to support budget development and contract negotiations Collaborate with clinical teams, legal, and other functional groups on clinical agreements and informed consents Track contract activities, providing status updates and maintaining historical contract information Manage complex contract negotiations, ensuring timely execution of contracts and process improvements What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in contract negotiation or related fields Proven customer service skills, including effective communication and time management Strong understanding of clinical trial industry practices and contract negotiation principles Ability to work independently while adhering to established policies and templates Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in clinical research or a related medical/scientific area Background in Good Clinical Practices (GCP) Previous experience in a customer-facing role or project management Familiarity with vendor agreement and management processes Experience working in a matrix environment with cross-functional collaboration Equal Opportunity Statement We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
