About This Position The Training & Development Partner is responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all team members. This role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, aligning development programs with organizational goals, and ensuring measurable outcomes that drive individual and team success. Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance. Deliver training and other learning experiences with a high degree of professionalism, enthusiasm and passion for subject matter areas. Promote and drive engagement in training programs. Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness and encourage participation in training initiatives. Track participation metrics and gather feedback to refine outreach efforts and maximize engagement. Deliver DDI Training Curriculum, Civil Treatment Curriculum, ServSafe Certification training. Continually enhance new hire training programs to include, but not limited to, new hire orientation, safety, operations, sales, and as well as any new programs. Collaborate with leadership to champion training opportunities and ensure alignment with team and organizational goals. Ensure regional training programs are implemented consistently and effectively. Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of training initiatives. Analyze data on participant engagement, knowledge retention, skill application, and business outcomes to determine the impact of training programs. Present insights and actionable recommendations to leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement of learning strategies. Provide field support for HR programs and initiatives. Evaluate and recommend edits/updates of training content to keep it relevant and gather feedback regarding training programs and materials. Collaborate with Engagement Team to deliver comprehensive and impactful training experience for employees, ensuring alignment with organization goals and the development of essential skills. Support and develop strategies for managing and developing the workforce, including succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred; five years’ experience as a trainer, responsible for multiple locations in multiple states; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Consistent track record of delivering high level of energy, commitment, optimism and passion about the business. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one interaction, meeting/group participation/presentation situations involving Team Members, Site/Facility Leadership, Regional Leadership. Proven ability to motivate people and provide ongoing mentoring of leadership and training skills. Outstanding organizational skills and follow through. Outstanding customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and work on more than one project at a time with project management experience a plus. High level of initiative and ability to work productively with little supervision. Ability to maintain composure under pressure. Ability to comprehend, interpret, analyze instructions, correspondence, and governmental regulations. Proficient in computer use using Microsoft Office Suite, included in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Proficient in the use of Webinars training. Position requires flexibility for all shifts and all schedules. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Recognized as a leader among peers, client group and others inside and outside the organization. Travel a minimum of 50%. Skill in being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task. Ability to connect with others of diverse backgrounds, experiences, viewpoints and with the values and mission of the company, along with priorities of the region and HR Strategies. Advanced ability to communicate with team members at all levels (both verbal and written communication skills). Ability to adapt to change in the workplace and demonstrate the ability to work collectively within a team environment. Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem. Ability to provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas. Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals. Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems. Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations and maintain a penchant for efficiency with accuracy.
