NEW Urology Opportunity Offering Potential of $150K Sign on/Med Ed Loan Repayment
As a result of continued growth in our market, we are currently recruiting for a BC/BE Urologist to join Health Physicians-Youngstown (MHP-Y), our hospital employed group.
This employment opportunity is with our exceptional physician driven, hospital-based group. Mercy Health Physicians-Youngstown employs more than 350 providers including a large referral base of more than 150 primary care providers.
Covering St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital Level 1 Trauma Center, perform laparoscopic and robotic surgeries, provide the newest advances in minimally invasive prostate, stone, and incontinence procedures as well as general urologist office and surgical procedures.
MHP-Y supports professional growth including teaching residents and medical students, as well as participation in clinical research as faculty of Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED).
Candidates should be BC/BE in Urology, able to obtain an Ohio medical license and meet hospital credentialing requirements. New graduates encouraged to apply. H1b visa support available.

Most up-to-date robotic surgical equipment to perform minimally invasive surgeries with DaVinci XI robots.
Our group has a strong multidisciplinary oncology program including 4 employed radiation oncologists along with employed and community based medical oncologists.
The areas largest employed medical group with ACO and community partners.
Robust electronic health record (EPIC).
No buy in requirements
Compensation package includes:
$150K potential sign on/med ed loan repayment
Competitive salary with wRVU incentive
35 days off
$10,000 relocation
$10,000 CME allowance
