Base pay range $99,000.00/yr - $124,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Staffingine LLC Recruitment Lead | Innovative Leader Spearheading Talent Acquisition Across Healthcare, Engineering, and BFSI Breast Ultrasound Technologist Base Salary Range - $99,000 - $124,000 per year plus benefits + $15k Sign On Bonus + $5k relocation Shift - Days, M-F Position Summary: Under general supervision of the Ultrasound Manager and Lead Technologist, the Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic sonographic imaging, assists with procedures, and ensures patient safety and comfort while adhering to departmental policies and hospital standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of ultrasound exams and assist physicians during procedures (biopsies, aspirations, intraoperative imaging). Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and patients, ensuring comfort, modesty, and safety. Provide high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation. Follow infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, documenting exams accurately in electronic systems (PACS, RIS, Epic). Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and physicians. Ensure proper requisitions, documentation, and billing compliance. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist across all department areas as needed. Adhere to hospital policies, values, and RESPECT behavioral standards. Education & Certification: Associate’s degree or equivalent in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. ARDMS certification (OB, AB, or RVT); accreditation must be obtained within one year if not already held. Experience & Skills: Clinical experience in sonography preferred. Knowledge of ultrasound principles and equipment operation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
