Job Description:

011660 CCA-Occupational HealthEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory occupational health requirements including, but not limited to OSHA, DPH, ADA and FMLA.Oversee and manage the implementation of new occupational health software across the CCA footprint.In collaboration with manager, develop software ‘roll out’ plan.Serve as a software expert within the department, exploring the full capability of the available tools.Assess software capability to meet CCA’s needs, making recommendations for modification, if necessaryRun all necessary reports from OH software to keep the department and leadership informed.Assist employees with Occupational health system questions and issuesManage and oversee MIIIS vaccination databasePerform ergonomic assessments to assist with proper workstation set-up.Review accommodation requests. Collaborate with business partners and make recommendations with regards to accommodations under ADA.Oversee Return-to-Work from STD/FMLA leave of absences.Track progress on Occupational Health Initiatives and communicate regularly with the OH team about progress and roadblocks hindering execution of strategic plan.Perform contact tracing to prevent the spread of infectious illness within the workplace.Create and Deliver presentations to employees and managers on occupational health topics.Contribute to and participate in employee training programs as appropriate to ensure employees understand health and safety requirements.Maintain confidential documents in Employee Health records
