Job Description: Software Engineer at Rivio 💼 : Hybrid - 2 days/week in person 💰 : Backed by Gradient Ventures (Google AI Fund) and S32 Job Requirements 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) is mandatory. Strong grasp of agentic AI fundamentals: context management, retrieval grounding, tool/function calling, and multi‑agent orchestration. Hands‑on experience with public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and building/operating data pipelines. Proven ability to deliver in fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environments. Mission‑Driven Objective / What You Will Do Deliver grounded answers from large, overlapping corpora; extract key terms/SLAs/pricing into structured schemas. Build action tools to execute in ERP/AP/procurement systems with audit trails, RBAC, and safe rollback. Ship evals + observability (task success, precision@1, latency, cost) and enforce guardrails for privacy and policy. You build it, you run it —own reliability, incident response, and continuous iteration.
