Position Location: 9984 Premier Parkway Miramar, FL 33025
Position Schedule: 5 8-hour shifts, or 4 10-hour shifts between 7am-7pm weekdays with rotating weekends
Primary Responsibilities:

* Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800
* Maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding
* Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving, and maintenance
* Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding.
* Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirements
* Work within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptly
* Maintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
* Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Florida OR the ability to obtain prior to hire date
* Intermediate level of sterile compounding experience
* Ability to work a flexible schedule (5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts between 7am-7pm weekdays with rotating weekends)
* Ability to work in office at 9984 Premier Parkway Miramar, FL 33025

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ability to work independently to solve high-stakes problems
* Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification
* Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
* Ability to lift to 30 pounds
* Ability to climb stairs and ladders
