Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Boston for an Operational Specialist. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and improving operational processes, managing multiple projects, and supporting the overall efficiency of the organization. They will collaborate with sales teams, coordinate operational strategies, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong analytical skills for evaluating and improving operational processes Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Experience in Sales and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams Proficiency in Operations Management and the ability to enhance operational efficiency Project Management skills to oversee and facilitate diverse projects Adaptability, problem‑solving abilities, and a detail‑oriented mindset Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
