Role We are looking for experienced, ethical, and passionate professionals ready to join us as Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs). The ideal candidate: Is experienced, honest, ethical, and hardworking. Qualifications We Value An active, approved STATE NMLS license. Detail‑oriented with thoughtful decision‑making skills. Disciplined to maintain all mortgage licenses through mandatory annual continuing education. Solid understanding of appraisal, title reports, and product guidelines. Proficiency in technical systems such as Encompass. Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues in the mortgage industry. Ability and passion to grow a network of prospects, customers, realtors, and referral partners. Bilingual is a valuable asset.
