: US-IL-Bloomington As a COUNTRY Financial **Flight Operations Senior Pilot** you will work with other company pilots in the operation of the COUNTRY aircraft. You will be part of the team that provides safe, efficient transportation to our company personnel in order for them be more productive in their job.

**This position is based out of our corporate office in Bloomington, IL. The position has variable work schedules including 14 hour duty days, overnights and weekends dependent on flight schedule.**

* Performs as Pilot in Command of assigned company aircraft.

* Responsible for the operation, safety and security of the aircraft, crewmembers, passengers and cargo. Makes decisions necessary to start, delay or cancel flights and/or deviate the flight from planned route or destination as operating conditions dictate.

* Provides leadership and briefs other crewmembers in any duties necessary for the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.

* Conducts and controls preflight, flight and post flight functions.

* Ensures assigned flight complies with federal, state, local, and foreign regulations, as well as policies and procedures specified in the company operations manual.

* Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), Instrument, Multi-Engine rating and Latitude type certification.

* Current Class I or II Medical Certificate with ability to maintain Class I.

* No accidents or violations.

* Typically requires bachelor's degree and/or at least 7 years of aviation experience, 4,500 hours of total flight time and 2,000 hours of turbine time.

* Aircraft type certification.

* FCC Radio Operators permit.

* Valid U.S. drivers license.

* Valid U.S. passport.
