Role Community Care Physicians (formerly Albany Family Medicine) is recruiting a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Albany, NY. The role is Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, and is eligible for up to a $10,000 recruitment and retention bonus. Responsibilities Practice medicine under physician supervision, including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions. Collaborate with physicians to manage acute and long‑term medical needs of patients. Obtain and assess patient health histories. Order and perform laboratory diagnostic and other screening tests. Treat illnesses, administer injections, suture wounds. Monitor therapies and ensure continuity of care. Counsel patients and families on preventive health care. Participate in peer reviews, chart reviews, staff education, clinical guideline development, and continuing education. Compensation Annual salary: $115,000 – $145,000. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid holidays, paid time off; retirement plan; and a comprehensive total rewards package.
